Do you have a physical store?

Yes we do. Our only physical store is located at Blk 478 Tampines st 44 #01-223 S520478. You can get directions to our shop and more info here.

Are all your items brand new?

Yes! We only sell brand new products and at the moment, we do not have any second-hand jewellery collection.

Do you charge GST on your products?

No. We are GST registered but will be absorbing all GST for our customers. You save 9% on your purchase with us!

Is there any other charges apart from gold price?

Yes, you will also be paying for the making charge which is the cost for making the piece of jewellery. Making charge differs from item to item.

Can I trade-in my old gold jewellery?

Can I sell my old or broken gold jewellery to you for cash?

Do you provide jewellery cleaning services?

Yes we do and there are 2 different options that you can go for. You can find out more about our cleaning or plate and polish services here.

How do I proceed to custom make an item with you?

Simply reach out to us via email with what you have in mind or visit out store to discuss your idea before we provide a quotation for your consideration. You can view some of our past custom works here.

Do I have to make an appointment before visiting your shop?

No you don't have to. Walk-ins are welcome.

If you are visiting us for diamond selection, it will be good if you drop us an email prior to your visit stating your requirements so that we can prepare the diamonds for your viewing and make it a more fruitful trip for you.

What are your in-store modes of payment accepted?

Our accepted modes of payment in-store is Nets, Cash, Paynow and Grabpay. Credit Card payment can be accepted at an additional 1% payment fee.

I want to repair my jewellery. Can you fix it for me?

Some jewellery can be repaired while other cannot. Please bring your jewellery to us for assessment and price quotation. More information can be found here.

Can you let me know when the gold price drops?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to inform you when gold price drops but you can always refer to our announcement bar to monitor the gold price.

Is there any warranty for the items I purchased from you?

There is no warranty for products purchased as gold is a malleable metal and how you wear your jewellery will affect the durability of it. Please check your items for any defects upon receiving them ( minor hairline scratches are not considered as defects and is unavoidable for gold items ) and let us know immediately if an exchange is required. All defects after the 7 days window will be considered wear and tear and will not be considered for any exchanges. You can however still trade-in for other items in-store or sell it to us for cash.

Is there a Buy-Now-Pay-Later option?

We currently do not have any BNPL option ( e.g atome ) for payment but you can opt for our in-store interest-free instalment payment option. Read more about it here.

Are your products hallmarked?

All our gold jewellery comes with a hallmark of their respective gold content. The hallmarks are usually small and inscribed on less obvious parts of the jewellery.

I don't know what size to purchase for the jewellery I am interested in. Can you help?
