  • What sizes are your rings measured in? 

Our rings are measured in Hong Kong Sizes.


  • Do you ship overseas?

Yes. Shipping fee will be billed to you.


  • Do you take customisation orders?

Yes, please write in to info@kinjewellery.co or fill in our contact form with your customisation request to get quote and lead time. 


  • Do you provide engraving services?
Yes, we provide engraving services at a small fee depending on the number of characters to be engraved. 

  • Do you do cleaning and repair works? 
Yes, we do cleaning and repair works for jewellery at a small fee. 

  • Do you have a physical store? 
Yes, we are located at Blk 478 Tampines st 44 #01-223 S520478 [ right in front of Koufu ]

  • Are your products new or second hand?

Our products are all new except for vintage pieces. Vintage pieces will be indicated on the listings. These are specially selected one-of-a-kind pieces and have been polished and cleaned to make sure their condition is good as new.


  • How will I receive my purchase?
We provide free normal postage. Registered postage will cost you an additional $3.50. You can also opt for self collection at our store at no additional charge. 
  • How long do I have to wait before I receive my order?

Most items are in-stock and will reach you within a week from your placing of order. Should there be a longer waiting time, we will be in touch to let you know when to expect your order.  It should not take more that 4 weeks for your order to be delivered to you.

    • Do you charge GST for your products?
    No, we do not charge GST for our products.
