Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we are only able to fulfil orders with delivery to a Singapore mailing address and is unable to ship overseas.
What is the local delivery fee like?
Our local standard delivery will be done via smartpac; a local registered mailbox postage service that comes with tracking code. This is a safe delivery choice as you will not be required to be at home to receive the package. A flat fee of $3.50 applies and it takes 2-3 working days for the package to reach your mailbox. Please ensure that your mailbox has sufficient space for the package.
Free for orders above $300.
We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.
Can I opt for self collection?
Yes you can. Self collection can be done in-store at our only physical store located at Blk 478 Tampines St 44 #01-223 (S520478 ) once you have received our whatsapp or text message informing you that your order is ready for collection. Please keep in mind that our operating hours is Tuesday to Sunday 11am - 6pm.
Self collection is free of charge and you can select this method of collection at the cart out page. All self collection orders must be picked up within 6 months.
I need the item urgently. Can I arrange my own courier for same day pick up?
Yes you may, provided you are not carting out on a non-operating day. We are close on Mondays.
Please opt for self collection during check-out and immediately contact us to inform us that the item is required urgently. We will expedite the order for your courier's pick up. Kindly schedule pick ups only within our operating hours of 11am - 6pm.
Kin Jewellery will not be responsible for any lost or stolen package once parcel has been picked up by your courier.
How will my orders be packed?
Your order will arrive in a champagne coloured Kin Jewellery box and the box will be bubble wrapped before it goes into the mailer bag/box. Your receipt will be placed in the box either under the black velvet flap or in the top portion of the cover.
Do let us know as soon as your order is placed, if you require a paperbag or separate packaging if you purchased more than 1 item. If it is not communicated, orders with multiple jewellery pieces will be packed into minimal boxes and paperbags will not be provided.
