Trade-In refers to changing your old gold items to new ones from our store. We only accept trade-ins in-store as we will need to access your items and weigh them in order to provide a valuation. We offer competitive and transparent trade-in rates for your old, outdated or damaged gold items regardless of their condition.

Items with stone settings will only be valuated based on estimated gold weight for your consideration. Should you decide to trade-in your item with stone(s) setting based on the estimated value, we will then proceed to remove the stones and calculate the actual trade in value based on the actual gold weight. Do note that if you decide not to trade in the item after the stone(s) is removed, there will be a fee for stone removal and the fee will differ based on the number of stone(s) we had to remove and the type of setting used to set the stone(s). We will also not be able to set all your stone(s) back after removal.

All trade-in of 22k ( 916 ) and 24k ( 999 ) gold items will be calculated at our prevailing gold price less 18% provided they have proper hallmarking.

Example Scenario:

You trade in a 916 gold 10g gold chain for a $900 bracelet from our store.

Your trade in value will be:

10g x $100 ( gold price ) - 18% = $820

$900 ( price of new bracelet ) - $820 (trade-in value ) = $80 ( Amount you have to top up )

Gold items of other gold types ( 20k, 18k, 14k, 9k ) are also accepted with valuation done in-store only.

All trade-ins are final and you will not be able buy back the items that you have traded in once the sale is processed.
