Refund
We have a strict no refund policy. All goods sold are non returnable.
Exchange
We have a 7-days exchange policy for instock jewellery, not including all earrings, discounted purchases, custom-engraved, customised, made-to-order and pre-ordered items. All gold foil gift box and gold display ornaments are also not eligible for exchange. The 7 days window is with effect from the date of invoice issued.
Please check your purchase upon receiving your package. Should there be any manufacturing defects or size discrepancy upon receiving your purchased item, please contact us at info@kinjewellery.co within the 7 days window and provide us with the following information:
- Online Order Number
- Invoice Number ( Found on top right corner of original receipt )
- Issue with Item Received
- Your Mobile Number
We will review your request and be in touch to see if an exchange is possible. Exchanges will have to be done in-store within 7 days from when your exchange request is approved. Please bring the following items to our physical store for the exchange :
- Hard copy original invoice
- Item for exchange in it's original packaging with product tag intact
We will not be able to process any exchange if any of the above criteria is not met.
You will be allowed to exchange for items of the same material ( e.g Jade ring exchange for Jade Bangle , white gold pendant exchange for white gold gold chain )and of equal value or higher and pay for the price difference. Should you choose to exchange for something of a lower value, we will not be able to refund the difference in value.
Please check your exchange item carefully as we will only allow a 1 time exchange.
